Designed and validated experiences for the Payments product, including international transfers. Led discovery sessions and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities, working closely with product and tech teams to implement scalable solutions.

Redesigned the company’s web experience and led the creation of its Design System. Conducted remote user research in Chile and Mexico through testing, surveys, and benchmarking.
UX/UI Designer

Designed design systems and end-to-end app flows for native iOS/Android applications. Led the redesign of e-commerce experiences, including landing pages, payment flows, visual guidelines, user testing, and back-office interfaces.
